We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic & motivated second in the command (Sous Chef ) for the open kitchen of our award-winning gastropub.

You will thrive on working with seasonal and local produce, be able to focus on the job to hand, whilst always maintaining the back of house disciplines and standards. In this role, you will jump at the opportunity to provide your input into seasonally changing menus and use your creativity to assist with daily specials. You will feel confident in leading the kitchen to success & maintaining impeccable standards BOH in the absence of the Head Chef.
